Hypnosis is a totally natural phenomenon and is very pleasant and relaxing. Whilst in hypnosis you can converse very easily and remain fully aware of where you are and what is happening at all times and in control of your thoughts and emotions.
Everyone enters hypnosis naturally and do it every day often without realising it. How many times have you driven in your car somewhere and wondered how you got there? Or wondered if the light you just passed through was red or green? We all do things on `auto pilot' which is self hypnosis.
80% of our mind has amazing potential which we don't realise. This is our subconscious mind and contains all our memories and intelligence and is responsible for everyday tasks such as blood pressure, heartbeat rate, memories and things we've been trained to do such as walking and talking.
Our mind cannot distinguish between imagination and reality and it runs all involuntary systems in the human body. Utilising the power of hypnosis, you can over time overcome many of the symptoms and causes of anxiety and fears.
